Specialty Coffee is the difference between good coffee and great coffee. Coffee that has been graded 80 points and above are considered specialty coffee. However it does not stop there, the journey from the farm to the Roastery, and then finally into your cup all play an important role in Specialty Coffee.
Award Winning Blends
Check out our range of award winning house blends direct from the roastery. Working within seasons our blends are developed by taste profile and tested weekly to ensure blends are consistent. Our weekly cupping sessions allow us to create, appreciate and test our coffee blends.
Seasonal Single Origins
Our Seasonal single origin collections feature three microlots or small batches each with their own profile and story. Most of these origins are only available for a limited time due to harvests and seasonal availability. Each single origin comes with its own information card and tasting profile.
Organic & Fairtrade
For those looking for a Fairtrade Organic coffee we have two award winning blends and one award winning single origin on offer. We work closely with Fairtrade Australia and can provide you a full producer profile for your selected Fairtrade Organic coffee.
