Our small batch microlot from Costa Rica is slightly different from previous years where we have chosen heavy boozy coffees. This Christmas we have chosen a highly aromatic coffee with notes of Sweet Cinnamon, vanilla, and almond with a milk chocolate linger. A smooth sticky body and mouthfeel carries a cherry acidity in the finish.
